Pre-construction we consult with you as the customer to ensure you of exactly what you are wanting to have done while at the same time offering ideas to make your home a step above the other homes around you. During the construction of the addition Pavlika Incorporated strives to keep the job site as clean as it can be while running the most efficiently. We keep the job site organized and is cleaned at the end of each work day. Post construction we again consult you as the customer to make sure you got everything you had signed to in the contract.

24hr Emergency
Our emergency hotlines are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We are capable of repairing anything under every emergency in a timely fashion that include anything from boarding up a broken window to a quick repair in any weather condition.
Insurance Claims
At Pavlika Incorporated we are able to work not only with you as a customer but we also strive to work well with your insurance agency in order to get those quick repair claims done. We strive to make you feel comfortable with insurance work and assure you the work is being done properly by our highly qualified professionals. We are not limited to the size of the job as well; at Pavlika Incorporated we are able to handle any job no matter the size.
General Maintenance
At Pavlika Incorporated we offer a general maintenance contract that you as the customer can feel safe knowing that everything inside your building is working properly and safely. We provide a routine check up upon contract. General maintenance can be anything from a door not opening correctly all the way to a small leak in a roof. Nothing is too small for Pavlika Incorporated to maintain; Customer service is everything and we aim to serve the customer the best we can.
